Engineers from the Polytechnique Montréal visit to Ascent office in Tokyo

Several engineers from the Polytechnique Montréal visited our offices on May 9th as one of the sites on their Poly-Monde mission to Japan. Their plan was to meet industry and government on the themes of urban mobility and robotics. We were delighted to host them and engage in a conversation on the role of Artificial Intelligence in the future of autonomous driving and industrial robotics.

Ascent is at the cutting-edge for research and development in these areas and our team described the challenges faced by the current approaches used by our competitors, versus our own technical and business plans.

The future of mobility and automation and the positive impact of these new technologies to society are the driving force of Ascent Robotics. We appreciated the interest on these important matters expressed by the Poly-Monde delegation and we wish the best outcome for their mission to Japan!
